Seriously, save her house.

And I'm down for some of that fire fighter action too.

I never turn down a chance to earn some good karma.

I hope that house and that land is safe and remains so. I’d make a sacrifice it you think it would help.

Here in the west we have a bit of a fire problem. I can currently see three fires burning from my porch albeit minuscule in scope compared to the one discussed above.

A lot of times I think the fires are metaphors.

And sometimes I’m right.

One of the coolest things anyone has ever said to me was that I looked like a fire fighter: this was one particular incident, mind you, not regularly just when I wear tight blue t-shirts (and perhaps flattering lighting). That being said, fire fighters have got to be total studs. I realize tho that the comment could only hold water here out East. Cuz out West those are where the true fighters walk. (Swartzennegggggger said so, it must me true). Gods among men. AND if THAT's the case, well then, Mela, you're in for one heck of a gang bang. ...which was prob'ly your foul plan all along, I see thru you! Altrusitic my eye! ;) I know, I know, a girls gotta contribute, right?

When does God's Country turn into Hell's Kitchen?

...Hmm, wait a second... I'm coming up with a 'brilliant' scheme for this holiday weekendweek: Men of America! Dress up in tight blue t shirts and pretend that you are fire fighters from out West! There's a plethora of good will just waiting to come your way! Just make sure you "channel" the good karma to the rightful recipients, and it's all good. I'm sure you mean well, and those boys've got there hands tied. Do it for TAHOE!! (put the ho in tahoe?)

Cheers

I can take one for the team--equal opportunity!!
